iPhone new to ifile

ok so this is my first time using ifile only got it to fix the weather crashes. but the reason I am on here is I seen some things that I had from my old jb that is not on my phone now. and I just want to know if I could delete them off or just look them back up in cydia and reinstall them. and is there a spot in ifile where it has everything from cydia old and new

You still have files from your old jb lingering in your device, but the tweaks/apps are not installed?/

That can happen if you restore from a backup created on a jailbroken iPhone. I have some files too that are from my 4S jailbreak.
