New to iPhone & IOS - Help 😭

Hello.
I just bought a new iPhone and I’m trying to understand the sscreen on time.
It’s a daily measure from 24/24h of charging cycles? Can I switch this? I’m asking because I I’m coming com Samsung and one ui has that option.
If I’m late at night till 4 am this time will count to my next SOT even though I charge it when I’m going to sleep after 4am?
