Im wondering what cool things can I add to my computer- I guess they're called widgets? Also any applications/programs that I can download online would be wonderful---

And oh yeah, it's written Mac, not MAC. That may seem like not a big deal, but MAC is actual a totally separate technology from Macintosh computers.
