New to Mac world, need advice

High everybody,

Just bought a macbook pro and hooked it to my dell ultrawide 2913.
However, even after adjusting the resolution for 2560:1080, image quality is much worse than on PC: text is not crisp and colors are poor. No dell drivers for mac... Any suggestions?

I guess your Mac display has one optimum resolution. Others are inferior.
