How the hell did you manage that?

I cant help you on it because I dont know how to do that myself. But a tip would be to not mess with things in the System folder as bad things happen.

Some one may be able to help you out. What are the symptoms?

i didnt mess with system folder , i just saw a photobooth folder on the trash and now camera doesnt work , i might be totally wrong but im just not sure

you can try to re'install Photobooth manually from the install disc, you can extract the needed files using Pacifist and put them manually in your system
