New to Servers: Mac Mini Server help

1) Can I run it as htpc?
2) Can I have two or more calendars/contacts? (sync with different iPhones)
3) Can I install iTunes on it and access that library from pc and mac through network
4) Do I have to sync iPhone to that server or I can do it on any computer connected to network?

-- generally YES (but may be NO if you have specific needs beyond the technical specs of the mini)

2) Can I have two or more calendars/contacts? (sync with different iPhones)
-- setup 2 user accounts.

3) Can I install iTunes on it and access that library from pc and mac through network
-- enable itunes sharing

4) Do I have to sync iPhone to that server or I can do it on any computer connected to network?
-- itunes must be connect directly via usb. (alternative: jailbreak and install wifisync to sync via wifi)

btw, you don't really need a mini server if all you're doing is general htpc functions, itunes playback, and iphone syncing. the base mini handle all that just fine.

Don't need a server to do all that.
