Hi. I have a Mac pro 2.1 that's missing the original GPU that came with it and I guess I want to know my options to get it working but where I'm from theres no market really to obtain older graphic cards, only newer cards so I bought a gigabyte rtx but I know from the research I've done so far that it won't work but would it boot windows if I installed via bootcamp?

1. You don't need Bootcamp to install Windows.
2. Report your result with the RTX card, it's interesting.

I highly doubt that an RTX card would even post on a 2,1. I know that the 4,1 and 5,1's can boot an RTX 20x0 card in Windows and Linux but not a 30 series.

I've seen Maxwell and Pascal cards running (GTX 900 and 1000).

Yeah card doesn't work on a 2.1..but would this card do?

Arktek Nvidia GT210 1GB

Please also check,if you don't mind the photo attached.. it has the only GPUs available in my country. Would any of them work?

Thank you
