iOS New to this... Trying to follow a Apple tutorial.

Hey all. Im new to mac and to the SDK so Im trying to watch the videos Apple provides on their Dev center. The first tutorial mentions opening a Cocoa Touch template...but my XCode doesnt show a Cocoa Touch List template.

It's the same as the 'navigation based application', it's just been renamed.
