iPod New TOS?

Last night I put a song into my shopping cart after hearing it on a radio station.

Today, I try to view my shopping cart and I'm presented with a new TOS!

Forgot to take notes, but I did take a screen capture of the new message after clicking "Agree".

P.S.: I'm in Canada.

P.S.#2: what's weird is the date on the TOS, since I bought songs every month since 2007-09 and was never presented this new TOS before today.

I also got the new TOS prompt. I am in the USA.

Anyone know what is new in the TOS? I don't want to read through the whole thing, find the old TOS, read all that, and then compare. Anyone do that already that can tell me what changed?

Did Apple decide to give us less choice in how we can use the content we purchase? Or did they just add the rentals?

I would specifically like to know for the USA, since it may be different for different countries.
