i've got several movies copied to my iPad. In the old Video app, it was easy to hit Edit, then delete the ones you don't want any more.

Anyone know how to delete local files out of the new TV app? Can't figure it out for the life of me.

Apparently you have to do it in settings > general > storage & iCloud usage > manage storage now.

You can also delete from within the TV app, although its not at all intuitive.

Goto the show with episodes downloaded locally, and tap the blue "Downloaded" button next to the artwork, you'll get a action sheet with a "Remove Download" option.

Thanks. Didn't realize that was a button. So much for easy discoverability.

Same jerk who wrote the music app is putting his hands in this, obviously.
