Hi all
I purchased a new apple watch, set-up OK transferring settings from my apple watch original, but right away the connection between watch and iPhone kept failing.
I have re-set both iPhone and watch, made sure they are both on current versions (watch 5.1.2 and iPhone 12.1,2) and spent almost 2 hours with apple support and still each time the iPhone screen goes dark the connection drops. (still waiting to hear back from apple support 2 days late so far and counting)
This makes the new expensive upgrade almost useless as cannot even get alerts on the watch while out and about with the iPhone in my pocket, or control apple music or… or…
Anyone have any thoughts on what might be wrong?
