Downloading now.

That seems a minor fix. Granted it's close to GM but DP4 has been GREAT so far. Cant wait to see if there's any nice little surprises in GM...

unlikely, they' announced it on the WWDC press conference.

the OS works flawless for me besides that annoying facebook bug with birthdays. but its facebook so why am i actually surprised :p

feels like a GM to me ^^ tested on a mid 2009 mbp with ssd + 8gb ram

this made my battery life tremendously better!
before I was working on video, flash and java and I would get maybe 3-4 hours, after the update I immediately noticed an improvement.

How can you tell already? The update just came out.

the same exact process I would run in exactly 20 minutes it would decerase my battery life before from 99 to 78%, NOW the battery decrease percentage is only 6%, same apps open, same processes running. Also my temps are not in the 90-130 degree range anymore, so it helped me. :)

Safari "r" bug fixed.
Touchpad explanatory videos under System preferences updated to Mountain Lion desktop.
Swiping animation between launchpad pages completely smooth now (swiping between pages with too many apps would give me a clunky animation).
This is what I've noticed so far.
