OK, V3.3 of SuperDuper!, with Catalina compatibility, has been released:

The download link is on the right of the page, at the end of the paragraph entitled "v3.3 now available". Note also that this version of compatible with V10.10 and later of the Mac OS, which means I can use it with Mojave.
