New youtube app no change

I have a question i know they updated the YouTube app for iphone but every time i go in the app its the same old design and they say the design gas changed can someone help here i would appreciate it. thanks

iPad App looks the same also. Although I rarely use it so maybe I just can't remember what it use to look like.

Same thing happened here until I swiped the app out of memory and rebooted it.

Same all i did was reboot the app and i had the new design

Yeah I had to close the app as well. Weird!
