New ZAGG Headphones of New Apple In-Ear Headphones

Hi,

I was wondering what people think about both these headphones.

Apple in-ear headphones-

New Zagg Headphones

I know both have great music quality and I think I would prefer the Zagg Headphones but an important thing for me is the built in microphone that both headphones have and I know the apple headphones work with the ipod touch 2G but I am not sure about the Zagg headphones.

Can someone help me with this?

Definitely looks like the ZAGG is nice. I have a nice pair of JBL in-ear's and they have been excellent, so can't justify getting either of these for now. Hope someone can shed light on which sounds better. I could care less about the mic and/or the volume controls.
