Hello, I am new with macs, just brought today, so I have couple questions,
1) how to burn the mac image file (dgm or something) in PC?
2) how to burn it in the mac

You can burn a DMG in disk utility in OS X

However i do not think a PC can burn a DMG file

What exactly are you trying to do? Why are you trying to burn dmg files in Windows? Are you looking to compress them to transfer to your Mac?
If so, just Zip them up using WinZip.

yes, i guess, or can I transfer it through external hd to apple and then open it there? how to open it there if i can?

Yeah you can transfer it from an external hd or even an iPod. Once you connect the external hd to your Mac, it should just show up on your desktop. From there just drag and drop.
