I know I'm not a newb, but in a way I am.
This is probably the first time in ages that I may be preordering. I'm looking for advise in how best to proceed.
I'll be buying/ordering 4 iPhones and I'm a verizon customer.
I currently have 2 iPhone 12 Pros and 2 phone 12s. The non-pro models have smashed front and back glass, so they're virtually worthless. What I normally do is pop into my VZW store in November, trade in my set of phones and get a new set. I get a trade in amount that helps offset the price of the new phones that I'll slowly payoff.
How do I pre-order if I want to trade in my phones? Should I do it from apple.com or VZW?
Btw, I'm not interested in selling my phones through a third party, either by gazelle, craigslist or ebay. While I understand I'll get more money, even for the busted phones its simply not worth the hassle for me. I've sold phones and computers in the past and its always been a pain in the behind.
