Hey guys i know the basics of jailbreaking but i have some questions i hope you can answer.
Why are there so many jailbreaks redsnow yellowsnow etc etc
why snow? ha stupid i know but is there a certain reason?
what is the best tool to jailbreak with?

it depends on what device you have.

Classic, 3G, 3GS, and current iPhone 4 use different methods in order to jailbreak or unlock. sn0w is a theme of hackers and developers which I don't know why they stick on.

just a tip there is basic info in the stickies up top.. there is a ton of stuff via google. when I 1st decided to jailbreak I did allot of reading on it.. just google jailbreak iphone model and your firmware and start reading... common sense should lead you in the right path.. only other thing is sites that ask for money are scams jb tools unlocks are free..
