im not understanding your question there are thousands of themes in cydia, and if you google iphone themes you can find more on the web

edit if you mean themes as in the section on cydias main screen try the bottom tabs click "sections" then themes

maybe the OP wants a custom theme made but i find it hard to believe of all the free ones and the paid ones that are all less then $5 they cant find one they like
