Anyone have one of these and can confirm that they work with the iPhone? I just found out that Honda has a dealer installed accessory for the iPod that charges the iPod and also plays your music through the head unit. I asked my dealer to let me know when someone gets this installed on their car so I can try it with my iPhone but I was wondering if anyone has this and could give us their experiences with it.

Honda-link

I just got off the phone with a guy at Honda customer service. He said that they have been discontinued and that they would release a newer model within the next few months or so. So I guess we will see.

Apparently there are still some of the older ones floating about in the country at various dealerships.

Maybe someone on this forum has one and can let us know! ;)

I don't have one for Honda but I bought an IceLink for my audi. Its a similar connector for iPod that hooks up to the back of your indash cd player. It'll play the first 5 playlists in alpha order. It asked me to turn on airplane mode but i declined. Works fine.

I can even take calls. The ringer is heard thru the car speakers.
