iPhone Newly Jailbroken iPhone 5, landscape and weather don't work

A week ago I restored my phone and rejailbroke using all the newest tools and I just noticed my landscape won't work nor weather won't open. I thought the weather issue was fixed a while ago but I had to install something from Chris to fix it. Also, my landscape won't work anywhere and no portrait mode is not locked.

Anyone have any ideas at what apps may have broken these two?

I've removed:

Killbackground
Sbsettings
Flux
3G unrestrictor
Adblock
Weather app fix

And the problems still persist. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

UPDATE - I have deleted all tweaks and the problem still persists. Is this just a problem with the iPhone 5 jailbreak? Can I rejailbreak without having to restore fully?

Are you saying you used the newest evasi0n version ?

Did you install this from Cydia ?

Yes I did. In fact when I redid my jailbreak that was already installed. I went ahead and reinstalled it to no avail.

Well it's official, my accelerometer is broken. I restored my phone as new and it still doesn't work. I downloaded Iseismo app to show my x y and z coordinates and it shows a constant 0 in the "z direction." I have an appointment setup and I'll just hope that I get a replacement with 6.1.2.
