News App Notifications - Can't read articles, can't click buttons.

Apple News keeps sending me notifications of breaking news, but when I force-touch on the notification, I can only see a preview however the "view article", "share", "save for later" buttons do not work so I can't open the notifications.

Has anybody had this issue and is there a known fix?

This was fixed in iOS 10.1(.1?) for me.

I have the same issue. Running iOS 10.1.1 iPhone 7+
