There seems to be a lot of confusion on this. News+ DOES include the full version of WSJ but you have to search for it. The small section in the News+ tab only shows a few articles at a time. Here’s how you get the full version:

On iphone: Open News+, click Following, search for the Wall Street Journal, click that, you’re in!, then click the heart in the upper right to save it as a favorite.

On iPad: search for the Wall Street Journal in the upper left, click that, you’re in!, then click the heart in the upper right to save it as a favorite.

Though how to access is correct, but, everything I've seen says you get a curated version of "WSJ".

For example:

The Wall Street Journal, one of the biggest daily titles included in Apple News+, said it will provide a selection of general interest news, but only Journal subscribers will continue to have exclusive access to its business reporting and analysis, said William Lewis, chief executive of Dow Jones and publisher of the Journal, in a memo on Monday. A monthly digital subscription to the Journal costs $39 per month.

Personally, not a big deal for me. And probably will get me reading it again: appears that oped pieces are part of News+, as well as the long form stories and weekend stuff (ie. Lifestyle articles). Full "WSJ" at $375/yr is steep for what they offer, imo, especially since their long articles went from pretty much neutral (offered both sides of an issue) to hard right slant since Fox bought them up.

ADD: plenty of other sources out there re business analysis out there, so, not big deal for me if missing.
