News not showing up in Spotlight on iOS 9.3.1

Hi all,

News is enabled to show in settings but news articles are not showing up in Spotlight when I swipe to the right...

Haven't seen anything about this on threads (apologies if I've missed it)

Any thoughts?

It happens from time to time but it always comes back later. Sometimes just by swiping out of the search page and back in, or sometimes it's 10, 20, 30 minutes or an hour later. It's not something specific to 9.3 either.

Also there is no iOS 9.3.1 version. 9.3 is the latest beta.
