News Push App Notifications not working

Ever since going to iOS 5 with both my Iphone 4 and 4s, I've noticed that none of the breaking news applications such as NY Times, breaking news, breaking, MSNBC seem to work and push notifications to my notification center. Facebook, E-mail, iMessage work fine though. Do these apps need to be re-coded? All of the notifications are setup properly. Anyone else experience this?

I had the same issue when I upgraded to the iPhone 4S. I ended up restoring my phones as new, they all the app's asked me again if I wanted to get push notifications. I am guessing when you restore from backup it uses your old UDID.
