Hi,

I am curious on how this would work. If I were to make a news app store application... would it be ok to have articles provided by other news sources?

i.e. In the application: there would be the title of the article but it is by CNN. Can I use that article in the application but source it to CNN?

"President wears Bullet Resistant Suit"
...Article here...
- CNN

And when they click on the title, it pops up in the application, but at the end of the article, it sources to -CNN and if so, if they click on that CNN it would bring them to that article in their website.

Thank you.

Depends on the usage / licensing terms of each of the sources. I'm guessing, in most cases, it's probably not permitted, without express permission.

Many news sources let you use their XML/RSS data, provided that you don't charge for it. Like stated above, read the terms on the site for the source. I'm willing to bet that it's ok to use news from CNN, BBC, MSNBC, etc, but you'd have to submit it as a free app. If you charge for it and their terms say you can't, you can end up with some legal issues.
