News Won't Open From Home Screen/Notifications

I subscribe to Apple News and get a couple alerts everyday. When I 3D Touch or Press on the screen nothing happens on my 6s Plus.

Sometimes it give me two options "Read Now" or "Save for Later" and when I press on either one nothing happens.

Is this a known issue with iOS 10?

I hit read and nothing happens...

This thing does not work for a few weeks from now.
I now can only check news directly in news app.
I have region set to Australia.
