I don't know. You could also try looking for Times New Roman. Same font.
It's a common font on all Mac/PC OS installs but Bytafont uses webfonts (I think) which are somewhat different. I deal mostly in print, and Bytafont is new to me so I'm kind of out of my element here.
I'm guessing you could try manually placing a copy of your own Times font. I've done that with another font and Bytafont saw it, but didn't change anything so I'm not sure how well that would work.
