next ipod nano?

do you guys think apple will upgrade the nano anytime soon...i have a shuffle right now and i really like the 1gb ipod nano i think it really fits my needs...but do you think anything new will happen to the ipod nano anytime soon??? thanks

i hope their is one soon cause i want a 1 GB nano for walking to class etc and when the new ones are release the 1 GB will go down in price.

I think I bought my nano (see sig) on the 12th of February. The 1GB was just what I was looking for and really, what-else could come out that would fit between the 1GB and 2GB nano price/performance wise that would make you feel that you should have waited?
I'd get one and start putting some good stuff on it

I can't see it getting much cheaper as it's pretty cheap with the EDU as it is

yea i know but i was thinking that the 2 GB nano (which would fit me better) would drop down to the 1gb price

That would be really nice It's funny because on my way home from getting my nano I stopped at Target and they had a 2GB nano for $199. Then I saw the In store special that gave you a $30 free iTunes GC with purchase but I didn't cave in and held onto my 1GB nano, I got the EDU myself so I felt just fine
