I just got my 32gb Nexus 10 and I'm on it right now so I figured I'd do a quick review of my initial experience for those interested.
Build Quality - Its excellent to say the least. I'm coming from a Motorola Xoom which felt mil spec. This feels a bit more fragile if I were to drop it but no more then my iPhone 4S. It feels great and I'd argue it as good as an iPad so I'd expect that if you plan on getting one. Its back is rubbery and it has a good amount of bexel to hold onto. Its fairly light too.
Speed - Its as fast as lightning. I haven't set anything up yet because all my apps are downloading in the background from my Google account but even still its quite impressive.
Hybrid UI - meh, not exactly thrilled about it. I really liked the tablet UI, I feel the notifications at the bottom with the on screen buttons worked and were a good use of space. I don't see the point of a status bar at the top on a tablet.
Display - holy crap, it goes with saying this easily rivals my girl friends iPad 3. This is the key feature of the tablet so there is no sense with going into to great of detail, its great.
Speakers - stereo speakers on the front. They sound great way better then any other tablet I've used.
Camera - Both are pretty good, better then I'll ever need on a tablet. The photosphere thing works pprreettyy good but not perfect. Much better then any 360 degree app I've ever used be it from Android or Apple however Microsoft's photo synth is pretty decent in iOS.
Haptic feedback? - yeah I didn't see that coming, this thing has a vibration device in it...
Charging - This might actually be an issue but I'm not sure yet. It uses a 2 amp USB charger. Battery life has gone up 3% since I started typing this. My Xoom charged extremely fast so I've kind have been spoiled.
Ports - micro USB and 3.5 headphone jack on the left. Micro HDMI on the right. Dock "dots"on the bottom. Keep in mind I'm talking about landscape mode for all these orientations.
Apps - So far everything seems OK. I've noticed the menus are a little small in games like angry birds but the game itself looks great. Games like Doom don't look any better or worse then they did on my Xoom however the colors look much better.
On screen buttons - they auto hide during video now, this is a welcome change from my Xoom where they would turn into little dots. They seem to do this in video apps like HBO go, Netflix which is nice. They still turn to dots when view pictures.
I guess that's it for now. There are still a billion things for me to use but for the most part this tablet is pure win right now. I still can't believe how fast it is and how beautiful the screen looks. If you guess have any question or anything to test out just let me know.
