NFTS or FAT32?

If I want to be able to read and write (Edit: To Windows XP installed by Boot Camp) with Leopard should I use the NFTS or FAT32 Operating System (Edit: I meant File System)?

yes it sure is. read AND write. NTFS is read only.

to read/write to OSX from XP/vista, get MacDrive.
