Night Mode

Is there an app that changes the screen for night time viewing? I use Nocturne on my Mac and it's great in a dark room. Is something like this doable in iOS4? I've searched and came up with photo and star gazing apps but am looking for something that works with the all the other apps in my Touch.

If you go into settings->general->accessibility->black on white then it should sort of be darker
