i am using 2 iphone 6plus 128gb, in my one phone i am able to set the schedule of night shift from sunset to sunrise, whereas in another one this feature is not available, there is to set the time to use night shift, is there something i am missing or what

As I recall, you would need to have Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Setting Time Zone enabled for that.

I had this problem too even though the Set Time Zone in location privacy settings was set to on. Toggling it off then back on fixed it.

Setting time zone is already enabled but still there is no option for sunset to sunrise

I don't have the sunset to sunrise option on my 5s. I tried toggling Setting Time Zone.

Make sure you have Location Services turned ON...

Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services > Setting Time Zone

I have it on.
