iPod nike+ and restoring ipod

If I restore my ipod (currently formatted in windows) and reformat it into mac, what will that do for my nike+ stats? I have 'em all uploaded to the nike+ website, but will redoing everything on my ipod cause any problems with the nike+ website?

I have a second generation nano.
