Just got a Nike platinum strap (2nd one as the first was extremely loose attaching to the watch).

The S/M strap looks pretty naff with the black looking like a child couldn't draw within the lines in several places... the other end and the M/L strap look pretty much perfect however (bar the oblong strap hole on the top right of that picture).

Before I go to the effort of returning it and getting a 3rd (sigh), are they all like this (i.e. pretty cheaply made)?

I'll keep it if so but doesn't exactly strike me as premium when even knock off bands don't seem to have such issues.

Thanks

I see what you mean but wouldnt it start scuffing with regular use? Also is it worth your time to keep checking for a perfect copy?

I’d take it with a grain of salt if it’s OEM and you plan on using it for running/workouts. On the other hand if you want it to wear causally, maybe exchange? If you do wear it for workouts, know it will degrade and show signs of wear over time. I purchased one last year and wore it daily on my runs and workouts and would switch bands after. The inside of the band does transfer. If you catch it early enough a Mr. Clean eraser will remove the marks. Eventually though I stopped caring and use it just for workouts and runs. See below. Hope this helps.

Return it.
This is mine, I think I had it for close to 3 years and have worn it for at least a total of 6 months, I keep my watch on during showe and clean the band with soap during shower every day…
