On my third week of my run club my coach half marathon programme. I really like the concept as I usually overtrain when I pickup doing sports again. Today it pissed me off though. Scheduled for today was 6x200m speed runs with 2"30 rest I think. I had prepared by finding a good track where I could blast. First lap just felt longer and longer until I got the 250m notice. Quite surprised. Tried to figure out if I had ****ed something up. Couldn't find anything. Erased the ruin and started again. Stupid thing doesn't even pause after I killed my self on 200m 3"36. And so doesn't either give a clue of length of break or anything. Did a couple of laps more and went home annoyed. Try to find some support on this after I got home, still no clue. Anyone can help me?
