Looking for a new watch band - I've always gone with the sports band however it always seems either too loose or too tight. Looking at the pictures - it seems the Nike Sport band may be more adjustable?

Thanks for any advice in advance

Hi Casey,

Very quite on this forum area the last few days! 🙂

I was under that impression as well, that the holes in the Nike Sports bands would have more “give” than the solid normal sports straps. This was the case when I 1st got the S2 with the Nike strap - there was definately ”Stretch” going on there with the holes giving more give. I’ve never had an apple watch with the std sports band so can’t advise of the differences in feel though.

I’ve now move onto a S6, and am using the Sports loop - this is much better imho for adjustability. Hopefully that would sort the “too tight or too loose” issue you mentioned.

The only issues I had with the sports loop are:
1) It takes ages to dry fully, if you rinse the watch and band before going to bed, to monitor your night sleeping.
2) The quality of the plastic lugs that fit onto the watch are a bit crap and variable quality.
3) If you are to buy as new watch with more than 1 strap, suggest go for the watch plus Nike, THEN separately order the sports loops until you get a good one!

Hope that helps
Martin
