I shoot mostly concerts etc. Sometimes weddings.

I shoot with my Nikon D300 for the most part. I've been bringing my D40 with me also to help cut down on the time I loose changing lenses.

I shoot with(all f/2.8)
70-200mm
17-55mm
10.5 Fisheye

What do you think I should have on each body. Obviously the fish eye in my pocket to exchange with one of the cameras.

I would have thought the answer to this was pretty obvious. What focal length do you shoot with more? That lens ges on the D300, as it is the better camera. The other one gets the D40. Fisheye in the pocket (or on the D40 I don't know your shooting style). Since they're both DX bodies there are no field of view issues with changing the lenses around on the bodies.
