I know this is a long shot, but I've got a 370z with the navigation package and as of 3.1.1, the Z won't recognize the iPhone when connecting via the supplied cable. IIRC, the pre-3.1.1 firmware was 3.0.1, and that one worked. It's on my list to try a restore to 3.0.1 to narrow down the cause for the incompatibility but wanted to ask here to see if anyone else has had a similar issue. I believe all Nissans have the same navigation package/iPhone/iPod connection since... 2008, so anyone out there who can try and let me know would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Edit: For anyone also experiencing this problem, an iPhone restart & starting to play the music before plugging it into the car's adapter has worked for me.
