nitoTV -easiest question ever

thanks tom1971. maybe you can help me get it installed and running?
I actually hacked the aTV and have SSH working, aTVfiles installed and the
USB port working (which i'm very happy about seeing as my computer experience is very limited). I have reviewed a number of links/ how-to's/ tutorials but as yet haven't been able to find one that suits my set up.

to get the nitoTV app working via USB, what is the correct procedure?
~ load appropriate nitoTV installer to a USB stick
~ put the USB into the aTV port
~ open SSH connection
~ write command to install from USB

any help is much appreciated.
