Trying to get rid of a bunch of malicious crap from my gf’s Mac and once I updated to Catalina this popped up and I cannot for the life of me find a solution. Tried searching for the file, nothing, disabled gatekeeper, nothing. Nothing happens when I hit open in finder. Any ideas?

When does it popup, on boot? Have you disabled all user login items, system and user launchagents and launchdaemons? Finder does not search all directories. There are other tools that do
