Any other nMP/Illustrator CS6 users have slow file navigation?

I always use command O within the app and then navigate through my files with command key + arrows. Illustrator is much slower navigating file hierarchy than my old 1,1.

Photoshop is noticeably slower, but not as bad as Ill. No issues with Indesign.

No issue navigating through files to save large email attachments either.

6 Core/32GB/1TB nMP

I mostly use Illustrator for pretty lightweight stuff, but, in general, I have noticed wonky behavior in the finder in my Adobe CC workflow.

General slowness, column view not updating or even showing files, little stalls and stuff.

I have high hopes for 10.9.2.

10.9.2 is no help

If you are having reduced speed going from a MacPro 1,1 to a MacPro 6,1 then something is definitely wrong with your setup.

Both Illustrator and Photoshop are noticeably faster on the late 2013 MacPro.

Slow finder is a 10.9 issue but adobe's CS installer has always been consistently awful with permissions which can lag finder in app.

Recovery hd disk utility repair permissions would be the first place I'd go if you haven't already...
