iPad mini No android messages?

strangely my iPad Mini 5 is not receiving android messages. My iPads 10.5 and 12.9 are receiving, and my phone.

The mini 5 settings are the same as the others, and I have tried turning messages off and back on, and also turning the iPad off and on.

Any ideas?

On your iPhone under messages, in the settings, do you have the new iPad listed ?
