I want to update 2019 16-inch MacBook Pro from macOS Big Sur 11.6.5 to 11.7.1. macOS Software Update shows update as available. However when I click "Install Now" button a dialog box with this message appears:
No available T2 software updates found when one is required. Please try again later.
An error occurred while downloading the selected updates. Please check your Internet connection and try again.
My Internet connection is fine (no VPN, 100 Mbps). macOS system time is in sync with Apple servers and is correct. According to ipsw.me, 3 versions of T2 software updates are available and are currently signed for my MBP's motherboard T2 security chip. I can easily download any of those IPSW updates using Safari.
Is this a new way to force macOS Ventura upgrade?
P.S. I've "tried again later" multiple times.
