iPhone No Camera after iOS 13.0 Upgrade on iPhone 6s+

I updated my iPhone 6s Plus Friday to iOS 13.0. I can sometimes take selfies but when the rear camera is selected the screen is black (except for the camera's UI). Taking a picture with the button on-screen or physical buttons does nothing.

It worked fine right up until before upgrading. I’ve done a couple hard restarts, etc. with no luck.

Any suggestions of what to try? (I did back it up to iTunes before upgrading. Never have downgraded before but would be willing to try.)

That sounds awful. iOS 13.1 will be released in about 24 hours and includes a lot of fixes, try installing that tomorrow.

iOS 13.1 did not correct it. Camera is still black.
