After many sucessful iPad syncs, last night when I connected the ipad I got a, "No Camera Detected error" in itunes. I selected OK, the message went away and continue to sync normally. Message now shows up everytime I connect to sync iPad.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

As of yet, I don't have this problem with my iPad.

However, I this happens to me every time I sync my iPhone and have images in Camera Roll.

I too would like to find a solution.

BTW
My wife does not have the problem with her iPhone and MacBook. She only uses iPhoto.

I use Aperture and wonder if that is the source of the problem.

Anybody have any ideas to help both of us?

This also happens with my 64GB iPod Touch. It's a bit irritating but I don't sync very often.

Solution!!!

I found the solution to my problem. Hope it works for both of you.

Open iPhoto.

Go to Preferences.

Under "General", "Connecting Camera Opens" dropbox needs changed from "Camera Window" to either "iPhoto" or "No application"

Works like a charm for me
