No Camera Icon In Sms App?!!

Hi, i upgraded to 3.0 (iphone 3g) and jailbraked and unlocked but when i go into the sms i don't see the camera icon that i am supposed to click to send a mms. please help. i have the option in general>network>cellular data network to enter mms setttings but still no icon in sms. app. NOTE: I have the carrier 4.0 version. PLEASE ASSIST.

You need a new carrier file. 5.0 or 5.5..Search. They are posted in here all over the place.
