No Carrier after update to 1.1.4

hi..
I have the same problem. Had a 1.1.3 which i had updated from 1.1.2 with ziphone. Been using a tmobile (UK) sim.
Did the restore to 1.1.4 and then ran ziphone 2.5 It finished ok though it seemed quite quick.
Wifi works, and itunes does not complain about activiting or the sim not being a correct one.. but I get no carrier at all and the edge setting menu is missing again from the network page so I cannot enter any gprs settings.
I have tried the entire process a couple of times.. got a error trying to go back to 1.1.3. I wonder if forcing a downgrade to the bootloader would make any difference ?
Help.. I now have a phone brick.. or a expensive 8gb itouch

same problem, ootb 1.1.2, update to 1.1.3 Ziphone unlock, update 1.1.4 ziphone unlock and no more carrier or network, wifi works.

I then did a full restore to 1.1.4 and then run ziphone 2.5 with the do it all button. The process took much longer this time (think its the downgrade that doing that) and once it had finished my Tmobile carrier appeared (and the edge settings came back)
As I have have no 3rd party apps just webclips I then restored from last backup in itunes to get my contacts/photos/icons back.
