I installed the bootcamp drivers and no catalyst control center on the OSX disc.
I downloaded the imac bootcamp drivers+catalyst on the AMD website and install it and still no catalyst control center.

I tried the win7 x64 mobility drivers for the 6000m series and it said no compatabile hardware found.

What am I missing? How do I get this installed?

I'm on a 2011 imac with the 6970m

That did the trick. Thanks!

Now I need a monitor for windows that shows temps as well as how much vram is currently in use....

Not sure if you've figured it out already, but you need to download from the Individual Downloads section, not the Packages section. Here's the link, which I successfully installed this morning ;)

http://www2.ati.com/drivers/mobile/11-5_mobility_vista_win7_32-64_ccc.exe

That will only install the 11.5 CCC not the 11.5 drivers.

CCC is what the OP was after. The GPU drivers are installed via Boot Camp.
