Anyone else having this problem?

Since updating to iOS9 when I try to connect to internet it pops up saying 'could not activate mobile data network - You are not subscribed to a mobile data service'

I have 4-5 bars and it says 3G in the top. Normally have great reception. Calls all work fine.

Tried turning off and on and requested new data settings from carrier. All to no avail.

O2. Apparently a text went out (according to one user on twitter) that users shouldn't update to iOS9 yet. I didn't get the text. I'm now in an online chat with an O2 representative who says problem isn't their end and he's guiding me through updating my settings! (which I've told him I've done already). Going through the motions but not hopeful.

Apparently my settings were 'wrong' so we went into the settings and my settings were in fact correct. So now I've been told 'Please don't worry, I'll refresh you account from my end and it will be perfect within 2 to 4 hours'.

Whats the bets in 2-4 hours that customer service agent's shift will be over :) Sounds like a professional fob off line to me.

Carrier Setting update? EE had to issue a new one for iOS9 and so did Vodafone.
Maybe. I've just had so much trouble with various Mobile networks in the UK. They'll tell you what you want to hear on the phone or in chat but all they are interested in is your monthly DD payment. Hopefully it'll be sorted soon. I'll update here with progress. Thanks for the replies.
